Quick and Easy Baby Solutions #2

Problem: You would like to make dinner without having your "little person" crawl under your feet
Solution: Create "Baby Art Time"
How To:
Step 1: Put baby in Bumbo or Highchair with tray
Step 2: Put bib on baby or take off clothes
Step 3: Put big spoonful of yogurt or baby food on tray
Step4: Get over all of your clean freak tendencies and allow baby to paint, eat, and make a mess
Results: You have dinner finished without having baby crawl under your feet or cry. This solution is not only great for babies development, but is also a great motivator for you to give baby a quick bath afterward

Verdict: Happy Baby + Easy Clean Up+ Dinner Ready = Happy Mommy

Who knows maybe one day baby will paint true works of art like this:

Cheap Huggies Diapers

Publix has a great deal on Huggies diapers through Tuesday 27th. Don't worry about running out and getting these diapers if you don't have time. Publix usually runs this deal about once a month.

Deal:

Huggies Boxed Diapers (assorted sizes)
$19.99 (regualar price makes this size 3 box of 96 around .20 cents a diaper)
-$3.00 store coupon in the Publix weekly circular (found in mail or front of store)
-$3.00 manufacture coupon (found in home mailer)
Final cost: 13.99 (final price makes this size 3 box of 96 around .14 cents a diaper)

You will find it hard to get store brand diapers for .14 cents a diaper much less name brand diapers for .14 cents each.

How to Save:

If you are trying to save money on diapers. I would suggest that you find out how much you are currently paying per diaper. Then decide how much you would actually like to pay per diaper. When you are able to find diapers for the lowest price you want to pay, buy as many as you can at that price. Try not to buy them at a higher price unless you absolutely need them right then.

Also, do not remain brand loyal. My son is only 8 months old. In his short 8 months, he has tried out at least seven different brands of diapers. Some name brands I like more than others, but they all work. I simply buy diapers according to the cheapest price. Most of the time that means I get more name brand diapers for just as cheap or cheaper than store brand by using coupons incounjunction with store deals and sales.
